Concept designs
The first steps of the renovation process can be intimidating. The HO|ME Concept Design process allows Clients to compare and evaluate different design layouts, to help them determine the best use of their space for their needs. Through this process we will map out your alternatives, to enable you to make a considered evaluation of your options, before you head down the path of a detailed design process.
Design Development and Detailed Designs
At HO|ME we work closely with our Clients to understand the needs of them and their families. We also understand the need to develop an individual aesthetic for our Client that reflects their own individuality, whilst standing the test of time. Once a detailed brief is understood, we produce a detailed set of documents including drawings, schedules, and sample boards. At HO|ME we work in coordination with your Builders and/or subcontractors, to ensure any design or site issues are fully resolved before you begin your construction process.
Our Interior Design service includes:
Joinery Design and documentation including kitchens, bathrooms, storage, built-in seating.
Development of colour and mood boards.
Lighting layout plans, and lighting selection.
Selection and specification of internal materials and finishes.
Selection and specification of sanitary fixtures and fittings.
Selection and specification of kitchen equipment.
Selection of specification of Door hardware.
Section and specification of blinds, curtains, and shutters.
Furniture, art and styling
To fully complete the vision of your interior design, the furniture, styling and artwork are as essential to the story as your building design. HO|ME provides a full furniture selection and styling service. We also offer an art consultation and selection service. Our goal is to make your home a place of calm and comfort, and a unique reflection of yourself.
